Alberti Slimline and Turboflex

INT Techonologies

Specification

Nikken are delighted to be able to include spindle optimisation products from Alberti within their exhaustive range of NC Tooling products.

Two types are available; Turboflex and Slimline.

The Turboflex range

The Turboflex range draws its drive from an air supply fed from the stopper block mounted on the machine spindle. The stopper block, not only guarantees the positive positioning of the speeder for automatic tool changing, but also features an air valve which negates the requirement for an M-Code from the machine to activate and de-activate the unit.

The Slimline range

The Slimline range offers similar compact sizes providing access to tight components but is driven by the machine spindle to achieve its output speed.

In some cases, because of the mechanical drive, micro sizes and capabilities are achievable.
