Nikken Spindle Speeders

Nikken’s range of high performance speeders allow the output and productivity from your standard machine tool spindles to be increased substantially.

Available in two main ranges; Standard (10,000 to 20,000rpm) and High Speed (30,000 to 40,000rpm) we have an option to meet most requirements.

RANGE:

NX4 & NX5 Models

• High Speed 10,000 up to 20,000rpm
• Increases input speed by either 4 or 5 times
• Mirror finish internal gears (Nikken fluid dynamic process)
• High run-out accuracy from SK nut and TiN bearing

PX6 & PX10 Models

• Increased Speed 30,000 up to 40,000rpm
• Increases input speed by either 6 or 10 times
• Internal ratio provides lower machine spindle load
• High run-out accuracy from SK nut and TiN bearing

Nikken are also able to provide a special spindle speeder with 90 degree angular output. This unit provides a maximum output speed of 18,000rpm.
